Ordered 2 VIP tickets to see Batman in Concert on 8th February. We paid extra for better seats and the exclusive merchandise bag. When we arrived on the night we were told that the merchandise bags were stuck in customs and to leave our details so they could be posted.
Not heard anything since. Have contacted Eventim customer services twice in relation to an update with the merchandise bags, with no replies to my queries.
