They cancelled my event just a day before it was supposed to happen, while I was already in town for it. They mentioned a refund, but somehow I was still charged around 20 euros for what they termed "their fee," whatever that means. Their communication is confusing; they cancel an event, and I have to ask for my money back, only to learn I'm receiving 20 euros less. It's clear which platform I will NEVER use again for bookings. The most unreliable and unfair service I've encountered. If you're looking for a smooth experience and assurance for your money, spend it elsewhere. Moreover, they don't properly respond to requests, only sending template emails with irrelevant answers that don't address my concerns.
