They mentioned a refund, but I was still charged around 20 euros for what they called "their fee," whatever that means. Their communication is confusing; they cancel an event, and I have to request my money back, only to find I'm getting 20 euros less. It's clear which platform I will NEVER use again for bookings. The most unreliable and unjust service I’ve encountered. If you're looking for a hassle-free experience and want assurance for your money, spend it elsewhere. Additionally, they don't respond to requests properly, only sending template emails with irrelevant answers that don't address my questions.
