It's a complete scam. Concert I wanted to attend got cancelled by the provider (Lola Young) and I had physical tickets. Wanted to get my money back, but have to enter all my data manually. Eventim claims the barcode isn't working, but if I try to contact them via email or calling, I receive no response or only bots answer and hang up after they are unable to help. Completely and utterly unacceptable, it's a ploy to keep the customers' money.
