From the start trying to get wedding insurance it was continuous cycle of making an account, then being told my email/password was wrong or my account wasn't active. I finally had to call customer service who was able to finally get me into the account.All was fine getting the insurance, until it was time for payment. There were no options for payment besides sending a check. So now I have to go to my bank to get a check and mail.
