Just easy to secure. This does not rate them on making a claim. But it was very easy to get a quote and then to buy the insurance. I liked the warning at the end that made you realize that you were the insured party and that the venue was added on.
From the start trying to get wedding insurance it was continuous cycle of making an account, then being told my email/password was wrong or my account wasn't active. I finally had to call customer service who was able to finally get me into the account.All was fine getting the insurance, until it was time for payment. There were no options for payment besides sending a check. So now I have to go to my bank to get a check and mail.
It was very hard to understand. We had to call, the assistant she was awesome. she state that our pricing was incorrect and some of the info. we need was not showing up. She was able to fix all of that and we were able to get the correct info to the Event hall.
Relatively straightforward application, however ...I needed a specific minimum $ amount for general liability, and before you can see that amount listed anywhere (at the very end), there are other lists of $ amounts on previous pages (page 5?) of the application, NONE of which are what I required, making it appear that the coverage I need is not available. A better process would help alleviate this, or an earlier explanation.
