This was an absolute disaster. I waited forever in the queue, and when I finally got in, the whole thing completely fell apart. The cart wouldn’t process the payment and just kicked me out like my time meant nothing. After all that waiting!

And don’t even get me started on the seat selection system — it’s a complete mess. It wouldn’t let me add seats to the cart no matter what sector I chose. I tried over and over again in different sections and it kept glitching, blocking me, or throwing errors. Then, to make it even worse, the page randomly refreshed by itself and sent me all the way back to the end of the queue.

Total waste of time. For a ticketing platform, this is beyond unacceptable. If you can’t handle high traffic, don’t sell high-demand tickets. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

in queue for 2 hours almost and my spot has not moved at all, people who got in the ticket checkout were kicked out and put at the back of the queue because the website is a buggy mess.

What an absolute disaster.

I tried buying tickets today and spent two hours in the queue. When I finally got through to the ticketing page, I couldn't select a seat — every time I clicked “Next,” my basket was suddenly empty. After six minutes, I was kicked out and thrown back into the queue, where I waited another two hours.When it was finally my turn again, all I got were error messages.How is it possible that a system designed for one purpose — selling tickets — simply doesn’t function? And it wasn’t just me: three friends and two family members had the exact same experience.An absolutely massive failure.
