Why state that YOUR verification process takes 2-3 business days when it clearly does NOT? It's been over a week (not including weekends 🙄) since I submitted my documents to be KYC verified and y'all have them in "IN PROCESS LIMBO". Customer service is a joke...they're no help whatsoever. They reply saying the same BS assuring me they've "forwarded my case to the relevant department for review" and from the reviews I've seen I'm not getting approved anytime soon 🥱 I can only imagine how long imma be waiting once I try to redeem the $100 I won. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND PLAYING HERE

The machines are manipulated , I lost a huge amount of money and seems like a wasted time and effort . i deposited $28,500 to Milky Earn , i literally did nothing for two weeks . I got back $37,240 excluding the bonus . Over the years i have learnt the right information is very vital . This company needs to do better .
If I could give -stars I would. They are doing everything possible to keep me from redeeming my winnings. They had to verify my card for apparently no reason. They had already accepted it for payment. I assumed it was to payout my redemption but they won't do that. I submitted my dl, my water bill, pictures of my card and my bank statement. They cannot use my bank account because it is a savings account. I have received plenty of ACH deposits into that savings. they take at least 24 hrs to respond to an email (if at all) so the rejection process is slow and aggravating!I've submitted my chime checking statement. I am waiting for them to reject it. So,I thought ok I'll just take gift cards instead. Nope! Can't do that either. Hate this site! I hope the scammy little twerps handling the verification process catch all red lights,never find good parking, get disconnected every time they finally reach a customer service rep after holding for at least 30 mins, I hope they have a tire blow on a rainy day and they have no jack and drop their phone in a mud puddle. And I hope while they are stuck on the side of the road they are continuously being splashed with water by the cars of the motorists who will not stop to help them. F this scam site!
Horrible don't waste your time. I judge a book by its cover on the daily login reward. Free spin has a weak attempt of a daily login reward that if you're lucky with your five spins you might win a dime or two , but don't count on much more than that because they Max it at a dollar! I won 5 some free spins, and got $10.80.. at least I thought. they put a cap on your winnings on their login reward for a dollar max. now that speaks volumes of your establishment! If you're too cheap to even let us have the winnings on daily login then you won't give anything on your Casino slots.. don't waste your time with these casinos. I have not joined free spins yet thinking i will give them a chance because it appears to me that most negative reviews here are created by those whom do not understand sweeps casinos and yes sir i have experienced some very shotty ones like megawins.hub whom still owe me $600/ $6,000/ $6,000/ and $30,000 to this day i paid $55 from my debit cash card from my bank to s how an active account then they wanted $55 in crypto said it had to be in crypto i said then return my $55 and ill send it in crypto they said they can not do that but in order to redeem my winnings i had to send the $55 crypto. The one's screaming about that's not free never bought Publisher's Clearing House Magazines to enter their free Million Dollar Sweepstakes with no purchase necessary.Yet when purchasing magazines you have to place the gold star provided in the gold star spot in order to have your magazine order processed and that gold star was placed in position to show through the return envelope so that all magazines ordered and entered into the sweepstakes showed the gold star through the envelope and proceeded all envelopes without this gold star went unopened into the trash can and you licked that nasty envelope glue for free but those who did join their sweepstakes drawing paid for a magazine subscription first as Ed MacMann was not paying that million dollars out his own pocket and neither are these sweep casinos. My only problem with the semi-legit ones even though im sure its in the agreement which im not reading and why i turn to trust pilot reviews are the ones that give you a bonus and after you buy a coin package and you win then claim because you used a bonus to when it is max payout of $100 or 25% of your winnings up to $100.Some the legit's tell you this slot can not be played with bonus coins or they have you choose whether or not you want to play using your purchased sweeps coins or bonus sweeps coins (Respect) i dont use my bonus coins until i have zero if my purchased coins and that's if i accept their bonus coins which i choose to next to never do as i prefer to play my dollar per sweep coin dollar nothing else just straight forward nothing to argue over my dollar or bonus if there is no bonus Period.( Personally i also say if a bonus is not giving to me or player without stipulations and is 100% my bonus and i win it i keep it cashed out in my account or on card then just keep your bonus i do not wont it period here too.
