Literally nothing worked. People were experiencing issues at every single step of the ticket process: error messages, frozen pages, queues that wouldn’t move. After waiting 4.5 hours I was suddenly kicked out and lost my place in line. No warning, no explanation, no compensation.
This isn’t just “high demand.” This is poor preparation and bad technical execution. When you know an artist like Kanye will generate massive traffic, you prepare your systems accordingly. This feels incredibly disrespectful to fans who cleared their schedules and invested hours of their time.
I can clearly see I’m not the only one experiencing this.
This was an absolute disaster. I waited forever in the queue, and when I finally got in, the whole thing completely fell apart. The cart wouldn’t process the payment and just kicked me out like my time meant nothing. After all that waiting!
And don’t even get me started on the seat selection system — it’s a complete mess. It wouldn’t let me add seats to the cart no matter what sector I chose. I tried over and over again in different sections and it kept glitching, blocking me, or throwing errors. Then, to make it even worse, the page randomly refreshed by itself and sent me all the way back to the end of the queue.
Total waste of time. For a ticketing platform, this is beyond unacceptable. If you can’t handle high traffic, don’t sell high-demand tickets. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
Terrible ticket service, had to wait hours for Kanye, the site crashed, wouldn’t let me select any seats. Also the seat selection is a joke, why wouldn’t you just assign seats based on our selection? Instead we have to zoom in and select. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star

Horrible platform, impossible to buy tickets for Kanye West concert, thousands of customers unable to proceed to the payment, and the website keeps on crashing! Others waiting in the queue without any movement for HOURS! No comment or support from Weeztix team either. Why take on such a big artist if you’re unable to handle the amount of purchasers? 🤡 Stick to small local events! Such a shame.
