We were delayed by a serious road accident, informed staff, and were met with indifference and obstruction at every step.Despite having our money, Ticketmaster refused to issue tickets digitally, venue staff wasted valuable time with empty excuses, and in the end we were simply turned away. The match went on. Our money didn’t come back.This wasn’t customer service — it was a masterclass in how to take a large payment and dodge all responsibility afterward. Zero flexibility.
