Do not buy tickets from this company my son and dad are meant to be watching man united vs Crystal Palace today but we have NO TICKETS! I emailed 7 times and the reply I got was I will get them no later than 1 day before the match. We live 5 hours away from the stadium we can’t just risk driving all the way there on a hope that they might send the tickets!!

Terrible experience – no tickets, no refund, no customer serviceI purchased a football ticket from this company and the experience was awful. They did not deliver the ticket, wasted my time, and provided zero customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not returned my money. Absolutely disgraceful.Ticketmaster took payment for 21 tickets and delivered nothing — no tickets, no entry, no refund. We were delayed by a serious road accident, informed staff, and were met with indifference and obstruction at every step.Despite having our money, Ticketmaster refused to issue tickets digitally, venue staff wasted valuable time with empty excuses, and in the end we were simply turned away. The match went on. Our money didn’t come back.This wasn’t customer service — it was a masterclass in how to take a large payment and dodge all responsibility afterward. Zero flexibility. Zero accountability. Zero empathy.If a company can take thousands of dollars, deny access, and then hide behind policy instead of fixing the problem, that crosses from incompetence into something that feels indistinguishable from a scam.Avoid if you value your money, your time, or basic human decency.
Ticketmaster took our money for 21 tickets and then left us with nothing. There was a delay due to a serious traffic accident, they refused to send the tickets online, the staff at the venue wasted our time, and in the end, we received neither tickets, nor a refund, nor the match. Furthermore, I had guests from other countries, none of whom could get into the match; we were humiliated in front of our guests.Zero customer service. Zero responsibility. This felt like a complete scam.
🔴This company is an absolute SCAM!!!!! 🔴One day before the match, they suddenly told me the tickets had to be collected in person from a restaurant, 15 minutes away from the stadium in Manchester. This was never disclosed before purchase.Their own terms and conditions say tickets are delivered online or by post. Neither happened. Instead, they changed the rules at the last minute.We traveled 6 hours by car, couldn’t reach the restaurant in time, and ended up with no tickets. I paid for 21 tickets as a gift for my family and friends, huge money lost, huge disappointment.No tickets, no proper solution, no responsibility taken. Misleading, unprofessional, and dishonest.Avoid at all costs.
