They need to make it very clear that when you purchase ticket insurance you won't be eligible for a refund. I purchased my tickets months in advance and tried to get my refund and they said I cannot get a refund even though I added ticket insurance to get a full refund "which is also a lie" just a waist of money. I will NEVER purchase tickets through this site again!!
