“I purchased tickets through EventCenter.com for a concert on April 10th and paid $254.30 When I arrived at the venue, I was told the tickets were invalid and had already been cancelled. I had to purchased 2 additional tickets. I contacted customer service immediately but have not received a refund the repose was contact the venue for a letter on what happened, but the venue does not supply letters. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend using this site based on my experience.” Als0 please buy from the actual location
