I spent $62.40 on a ticket through a marketplace. I received an email from the service stating that I could access my ticket for the event. However, when I arrived, there was no ticket in my email. Instead, it directed me to show my ticket via a different app. Unfortunately, the app never loaded the ticket, despite being installed. I was left outside in the cold, denied entry to the event I had paid for. This feels like a complete scam, as I initially purchased my ticket from the service, only for them to redirect me to another platform that wouldn’t grant me access.
