This platform offers nearly all the features you would expect from a premium event management solution. The integration with HubSpot is quite basic, but the options for customising tickets and add-ons are excellent. Their technical support team is very responsive and helpful. Setting up the platform is straightforward, making it easy for even those without technical expertise to create events.
Every year, I face issues with Eventzilla due to new releases not functioning properly or implementing changes that lack justification. For example, I am required to have a pre-test link approved before I can send it out. By the time the team approves it, I often no longer need it. While the platform does work, it feels clunky and has numerous bugs. I will start researching alternative platforms as a potential replacement.
Eventzilla has got to be the best, most reliable, easy to use event platform...and it has a boatload of features. They give you everything. You can use them for all your events, One of the standout features is the ability to completely host virtual and hybrid events which saves a lot of time and effort. Being able to create discount codes and track registrations in real-time is also a huge plus.The pricing is extremely reasonable compared to other event management platforms. I highly recommend it!
We have used Eventzilla for our virtual event registration management for four years. Setting up the registration portals both new or duplicating and updating for another iteration have been easy. Our attendees have not had any issues with it, which takes a lot of weight off managing an event.
