I ordered the 5 dresses for £45.99 the total price came to £56 once postage had been added. Three dresses arrived, none of which fitted, all materials were of poor quality, plus two items were not dresses at all but random tops. I used the chat function to see what options I could have, the items only arrived yesterday. But the chat (presumably a bot) asked if I'd accept a refund for a third of the price I said no to that. I want to return the items and have a full refund. The chat response was that they would be in touch asap.Today I have a £10 refund no messages.I have emailed but seeing these reviews I am worried. UK consumer rights 2015 state that you can receive a full refund for items that are not as described and that the seller must cover the cost of returning them. I will update this review if anything changes in the next 30days but so far am severely disappointed.
