Not happy with how the dress arrived at all. Was scrunched up in a really small bag. It looked absolutely awful, so had to send it back. For this they wanted to charge £9.99 x 2 for the delivery & return of the item.I did complain as I was returning it due to the poor state it arrived in & they did refund me £9.99.But be warned about that.I wouldn't use them again.
