One was missing from the package, once I got on to customer care the missing dress was arranged to be sent out a day later.The dresses are gorgeous and exactly as described. Anyone I dealt with on customer care was incredibly polite and helpful.Would have given 5 stars if there hadn't been a dress missing from the initial order.
