This was certainly a first for me. The representative who visited was here two years ago when the pricing was outrageous. Today, the price was inflated again. I negotiated as expected, but the representative was extremely rude and arrogant. Despite managing to lower the price to a more acceptable £13k, the deposit suddenly jumped from £250 to £2k, which is a huge difference. Apparently, only those on finance deals get the £250 deposit. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to wait a day, his rudeness escalated, and he left in a huff. While he might be skilled in his role, he could use some serious training in customer service. Unfortunately, I'm left to find a local supplier, likely sacrificing quality while saving some costs, which was not my intention. Thank you for the poor service!
