This was certainly a first for me. The sales representative who visited had quoted me two years ago when the price was outrageous. Today, the price was, unsurprisingly, inflated as well. I tried to negotiate, which is standard, but the representative was incredibly rude and arrogant. Despite this, I managed to bring the price down to a more acceptable £13k. However, during a call to pay the deposit, I was shocked to find that my deposit had increased from £250 to £2k, a significant jump. I was informed that only those opting for finance deals could secure the £250 deposit, which may be accurate, but when I expressed my reluctance to pay the £2k and requested a day to think, his rudeness escalated, and he stormed out in frustration. While he may have dealt with many uncommitted customers in the past, he should handle such situations more professionally. I believe he is skilled in his role, but based on my interaction, he clearly needs further training. Unfortunately, I'm left to search for a local supplier and may not find the best product, even though I could save 30% on costs, which was not my intention. Thank you for the poor service!

The sales representative arrived right on time, earning one star for that. However, as many reviews have noted, the initial pricing was outrageous, and they made it seem like they were offering substantial discounts. Ultimately, the price was almost three times higher than what we received from another company for the same door! Additionally, we received a spam email about Black Friday deals, and all recipients' email addresses were visible, contradicting their privacy policy. I strongly recommend avoiding this company!
What a disappointing experience! I arranged for a visit, but the representative canceled the day before. When rescheduled for today, they didn't show up. When I called to check, the person on the line immediately suggested rearranging. No way! We won’t be rescheduling because we won't be using this company. They clearly don't value their customers' time, and waiting around on a Sunday was a waste!
Just like other reviews, I had arranged for their representative to come at 10 AM. I described the job, and they estimated around a grand, which I was fine with. I was even considering quotes for two other windows, so they missed out on more business. Their follow-up call confirmed the time, but no one showed up. No explanation given. The only positive was that I got my child to tidy his room in anticipation.

He wasn’t pushy and was genuinely helpful, focusing on finding the best solution for us. I truly appreciated his patience and expertise. I highly recommend speaking with him if you're considering this company!
The sales pitch was quite aggressive, starting at £25,000 and ending at £11,000. This clearly shows how vulnerable customers can be exploited. Such practices should be regulated. However, once we agreed on a price, I was impressed with the quick survey and installation turnaround. Despite challenging weather, the two gentlemen who installed my windows were wonderful—polite and professional. They truly wanted to do a good job. Just be prepared to walk away if the pricing feels wrong!
