The sales pitch was quite aggressive, starting at £25,000 and ending at £11,000. This clearly shows how vulnerable customers can be exploited. Such practices should be regulated. However, once we agreed on a price, I was impressed with the quick survey and installation turnaround. Despite challenging weather, the two gentlemen who installed my windows were wonderful—polite and professional. They truly wanted to do a good job. Just be prepared to walk away if the pricing feels wrong!
