AVOID AT ALL COSTS!We were told by our media buyer that he thought we could integrate data from VTURB with another tracking software.We had a detailed call with an account rep who had to bring in another account rep to confirm what we were asking for could be done.They said they weren't sure even though it is listed as a native integration within the Everflow platform.It turns out the functionality doesn't work and therefore we didn't need Everflow. We specifically discussed on our sales call with them that if the integration doesn't work we have no need to use the software and would need a refund. They agreed.Once we found out that the software doesn't actually work, their account management team held our money hostage and is going to every conceivable length to try to steal $6,000 from us.This is a prime example of how not to run a company. It was a dishonest sales call. It was dishonest to list an integration that doesn't work at all. And it's dishonest to try to hold our money hostage and threaten to continue billing us while trying to make us work with them to get the integration working.
