FIVE MONTHS OF NON-FUNCTIONAL SERVICE AND UNETHICAL CHARGES - STAY AWAY! Regrettably, I should have considered the other reviews before committing to this company! We signed up five months ago, paid a significant setup fee, and yet the system remains completely inadequate for our business requirements. This isn't merely a customer support issue; it’s a clear violation of the contract and a failure to provide the essential service we paid for. We were promised assistance with account setup and dedicated support, yet five months later, the platform is still not functioning correctly. The extensive time and resources spent attempting to make the basic system operational illustrate how this company has not fulfilled its basic service obligations. We are officially terminating our contract and requesting a full refund, as the service was not executed with "reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time," as stipulated under applicable consumer rights legislation. Additionally, we have been subjected to unauthorized monthly charges for a service that was never agreed upon. Our contract clearly states that any additional services require a signed agreement. We did not agree to this. This practice of charging for services without proper consent is unacceptable and may violate consumer protection laws. We have formally requested a refund for these unjustified charges. Our experience sadly mirrors other negative reviews: Holding Funds Hostage: Similar to another user's account, this company has refused to refund our fees and is attempting to enforce a commitment for a service that they have failed to provide. Demanding Payment for Non-Operational Services: Our situation reflects another customer’s experience where promises were made, but the service did not meet the stated needs, and the company continued to bill regardless. Unethical Billing Practices: Our unauthorized charges are consistent with reports of highly unethical billing. This company seems more focused on retaining funds than delivering a functional product. We have wasted five months and incurred significant costs due to their contractual failures. AVOID this company to save your time and money.

We signed up with Everflow five months ago, paid the $500 Standard Setup Fee, and still have a system that is fundamentally non-functional for our business needs.This is not a customer support issue; this is a clear breach of contract and failure to deliver the core service we paid for.We paid for "setting up your account... as well as your full on-boarding plan and dedicated support." Five months later, the platform is still not properly set up. tThe amount of time and resources wasted trying to get the basic system working proves Everflow has failed its fundamental service obligations.We are formally ending our contract and demanding a full refund because the service was not carried out with "reasonable care and skill and within a reasonable time," as required under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.On top of the failed service, Everflow has been levying an unauthorized charge of $200/month for a "Managed Proxy IP Service." Our contract clearly states that any additional products must be added via a signed Addendum or a new Order Form. We did neither.This practice of charging for additional premium services without formal consent is unacceptable and potentially breaches the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. My experience with Everflow has been very positive, particularly because of how it combines deep performance tracking, automation, and scalability in one platform. I started using Everflow to manage and measure multiple partner and affiliate relationships across different marketing channels and it quickly became clear to me that it was built for both clarity and control.
I think overall the experience with the team was positive. The product and sales team were good, but the software is more of a traffic cop vs. attribution. I think it would work well for partners/affiliate programs, but not the best for attribution compared to other softwares. I left with a sour taste as the accounting team and contract details were not handled well after I had decided to terminate my contact. Things to make note of, they have a recurring monthly charge post agreed upon contract term, and they don't do any prorating/partial months depending on when you start with them. Just things to keep your eye on!
Our experience with Everflow has been excellent so far. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and packed with features that make campaign tracking and performance management seamless. Their support team is also responsive and helpful whenever we've needed assistance. I’d definitely recommend Everflow to other networks looking for a robust and scalable tracking solution.
The platform's reporting is just what I need to gather insights on the fly about partner performance in the middle of a call. The quick load times over 10's of thousands of conversions is fantastic. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!We were told by our media buyer that he thought we could integrate data from VTURB with another tracking software.We had a detailed call with an account rep who had to bring in another account rep to confirm what we were asking for could be done.They said they weren't sure even though it is listed as a native integration within the Everflow platform.It turns out the functionality doesn't work and therefore we didn't need Everflow. We specifically discussed on our sales call with them that if the integration doesn't work we have no need to use the software and would need a refund. They agreed.Once we found out that the software doesn't actually work, their account management team held our money hostage and is going to every conceivable length to try to steal $6,000 from us.This is a prime example of how not to run a company. It was a dishonest sales call. It was dishonest to list an integration that doesn't work at all. And it's dishonest to try to hold our money hostage and threaten to continue billing us while trying to make us work with them to get the integration working.
