answer the phone in a short time, solve your problem..They took 20 minutes to answer the phone, then put me on hold for 5 minutes twice, then told me that I would get a call back, which never happened.. Not surprising I suppose seeing that they want to automatically renew my water contract and increase the charges by about 400%..Later they called me and gave profuse apologies for not getting back, a small credit to my account, and adjusted the renewal quote, but it was still a 100% increase..Bit too much when I and every other peasant in this country are being ripped off by every utility company!!!
