Absolute abysmal company. They have no idea what they are doing. Subcontract their waste service to premier waste who make every excuse not to service our bins. When you ring them to complain about a missed service, they do not resolve the issue. Invoicing is dreadful, they have no idea what payment allocation is, they raised a credit and forgot to allocate it to my account. Customer service is non existent, you may get a response about 4 months later if you’re lucky.
Cancelled my direct debit with them due to the continued billing issues and started paying bank transfer to find that they had once again reinstated the direct debit that I had not authorised. Asked to speak to their complaints department, still waiting for them to respond. I email this company weekly with problems to no avail. Avoid at all costs
