Very poor experience with Everflow.
Despite the account being for a limited company, they repeatedly issued bills in my personal name, which is completely incorrect.
They charge in advance and don’t appear to rely on actual meter readings, making the bills difficult to understand.
Customer service was slow and ineffective, and what should have been a simple issue took far too long to resolve.
Fortunately, I have now switched to another provider. Based on my experience, I would advise other businesses to think carefully before signing up.
