We had solar panels fitted recently with Evergen. The fitting went well but the third party scaffolding company they contracted have disappeared and the scaffolding is still up 6 weeks later. We have contacted Evergen to arrange to have the scaffolding removed but have not received much help. The scaffolding is obstructing the neighbours parking space and is now creating a huge inconvenience. We have contacted Evergen so many times but still no resolve. I regret going with the company. It appears once they receive payment for the job they distance themselves from customer concerns like removing scaffolding. Evergen has contracted this vendor so should be accountable for removing the scaffolding in a timely manner. There was no contact details provided by the scaffolding company. When you call Evergen they ask if you contacted them and they don’t provide details. This suggests they may not be able to get in contact with them either. It is so exasperating. I am beginning to doubt Evergen’s claim of being a reputable company if they are hiring unprofessional individuals to provide scaffolding in an attempt to cut down their operating costs. If you decide to go with Evergen, I suggest you release the payment for the sola panels once the scaffolding is removed.
