These guys have been spam calling for a while, in fact, I previously said no over the phone, but they pushed anyway.For a 10kWh battery system and 12 solar panels, the cost came to around £14k-£16k. I already have a battery system installed which due to MCS they could not add solar panels to.Instead they were pushing for a whole new separate and independent system installed in the loft which goes against the latest regulations and would in my view then be some "bodge job". Instead they should have just said "sorry, we can't help you out due to your existing setup, here's what it would have looked like and some rough numbers for you" and called it a day.This was no fault of the bloke who did the survey, he did try and made a couple of calls, but your call centre staff clearly needs more training as they were the ones who said it was possible in the first place.Given the price though I was quoted I highly recommend people shop around a bit more, as I know there are other companies who will complete this for much less.
