I have not bought from this company, but I have had recent communications and a quote.Firstly, all solar systems are mis-sold. They do not take into account the shading of systems from local trees, chimneys or nearby roofs. They will pretend they have, then may even change a couple of figures on their system to show this, but their accuracy and truthfulness can not be trusted and will be very wrong. Your projected figures can therefore not be promised or guaranteed. As someone who has sold solar in the past, I knew exactly what to expect. The "sales person" never even did a survey or checked my roof, he just showed me an image of it off google with pre-loaded panels in locations they suggested and a figure of what it generates. At no point did he take into account the chimney or trees in the garden.Not only that but he never looked at the angle of the roof, the pitch, the length or the loft space. It was a complete guess.The sales team also change their pricing figures appointment by appoinment. They have a guide on what to sell a system at, but they are allowed to quote more than this to earn more money. Infact I was even shown a chart from a sales rep to show me the most he was allowed to go down to... Over £3000 reduction from his first quote. No reduced system or anything, just £3000 less than his initial price, and he still made commission.Do not trust a company that have no set price and are not fully transparent. I went back to another company who did a full proper survey, oh and the're panels were more efficiant at 500w, not 465. They were slightly more, but they do a proper job.Do your research.
