I ordered a wig that was $118 I was so excited followed the tracking number for about 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks. Received an empty package with a piece of cardboard and a printed piece of paper saying something about timu customer appreciation. I contacted everglow immediately I had recorded myself opening the package because I felt the package and could tell there was nothing in it so I wanted to have proof of that they assured me for literally a month straight they told me a replacement wig was being sent out over and over and over again they told me a replacement was on the way it was stuck in customs but a replacement was on the way now it is mid June they quit responding to my emails that I And now I can't even find the website I am so upset 118 is a big deal to me In the fact that it was just Taken And I was sent an empty package it's infuriating stay away from this company
