Honestly, I wouldn’t give them any stars. I've lost over $200 plus shipping and haven't received my order or a refund in almost a year. I've contacted them multiple times, and they keep blaming the delays on tariffs. I explained that shouldn’t cause this level of issue, but they stopped responding after that. Very dissatisfied with the entire experience.
I ordered a 6" lamp and, like many others, I feel completely scammed. Paying $169 for such a small lamp that looks nothing like the image is infuriating! This is the second scam I've encountered this holiday season, and it seems to be all from the same platform, charging way too much. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are refusing to issue a refund and profiting off of people's trust. They will have to answer for their actions.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! If there was a rating lower than one star, I would choose it. They misadvertised a product as a realistic robot dog, but what I received was a cheap battery-operated toy. When I asked for a refund, they claimed they couldn't find my emails or the evidence. They offered me a fraction of what I paid instead of a full refund. I'm determined to expose them and ensure they can't continue to deceive others.
