I order two wigs from ever glow February the 5th 2025. i paid just under $400.00 to cut a long story short. I never received the wigs neither have I received my refund. I have reached out to everglow's customer service over 21 times and they have sent me countless excesses, as to why have not received my wigs or my payment. They have given me a countless automated messages telling me that they are sending out a replacement yet here I am still waiting. They have since stopped responding to me and removed my order information. I've been extremely patient with this company. although their campaign and advertising are very well done. DO NOT BE FOOLED. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. YOU will not get your money back or the wigs, I wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order. Its a huge SCAM...
