This company took my money but never shipped my product! When I kept asking for a tracking# in January, they never could produce one. So what they did is mail me a "thank you" note with a little piece of cardboard inside a bubble envelope- just to be able to get a tracking# and say that shipped my product! I had over 20 emails going back and forth with them, and then when I repeatedly asked for a refund, they had deleted all but five emails on the email thread! Thankfully, they had left enough for me to screenshot and file a case through Klarna to finally get my money back in April. Sadly, they've done this to others. Just check out YouTube. DO NOT USE THIS HAIR COMPANY!!!
