As many others are saying, they're scamming. I have received three separate envelopes (envelopes, not packages) containing slips of paper that they've used to claim they delivered product to dispute my chargeback. They've not responded to any emails at all. Thankfully I kept the envelopes and can prove they did not send any product to my credit card company. Don't order from them.
