I ordered a wig in February and it was NOT DELIVERED as they stated it was. I contacted customer service and they assured me that another unit would be delivered since the order insurance and then it was total radio silence from them. No updates, no redelivery, no wig and no refund. I email them constantly and they have stopped replying and I am out $156.00 AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS PLACE IS SCAM AND A RIP OFF
