Well just in case there are some who still don’t know, this so-called company is a total scam, and it has been proven in by many. I only wish I’d come here first. I purchased a hair unit on January 28, 2025…not a typo, it was actually nearly three months since I canceled my order on February 4th, when I literally had zero correspondence about the item shipping or even an order confirmation. Once I canceled I have only received automated responses stating that it took 15 business days for my refund to credit. I knew immediately that it was a scam since rarely would a credit take that long, but waited and waited. Then an entire month has passed since I’d canceled, and I then received an email that it was out of their hands but that they would look into it. I couldn’t believe that had been scammed. I then notified my bank and they assured me not to worry. I continued to receive the same automated responses via email until all correspondences just stopped because at this point, what could they say? I’ve reported them to BBB but of course there’s only so much they can do with those out of country. I also reported them to the FTC and the Internet Crime Complaint Center, and I’m hoping they will stop the madness. Please report them!!
