I ordered a unit in March for my birthday, and it has been over a month since I placed the order, and I have not received it. I emailed them at least 3 times, and they sent me a letter saying that it was on its way. I still don't have my unit. I am so disappointed because all the pictures on IG were on point. I know they don't charge for shipping, as they claim to use USPS. But I would have paid for the shipping if that were the case. It's got to be a way that these people can be held accountable for the damage they have done to my wallet!
