Everglow is a scam. They say they have posted your item, sometimes they even give you a tracking number. However, when you try to track using the number it never works or it states that the item has been delivered, which it has not. I bought a wig for £82. I paid directly with my debit card online . A month later they told me the wig was lost in the post and they were sending another one. Two months later I still had not received what I had paid for. I raised a dispute through my bank and my bank refunded me the money I had paid in full within 10 days (they literally put the money back into my account two days ago). I am not sure what checks my bank carried out but they had no hesitation in refunding my money. I suspect that a very brief search and a couple of unanswered emails would have shown them that Everglow is at best untrustworthy at worst a scam. I wish I could find a way to let people know when they come across their advert online on Instagram on Facebook or wherever, that they should not trust it and that they should never order from this company.
