EverGlow Hair is a SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO MOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a wig. I would give them a -1000 if I could!I placed my order on January 25, 2025, and it took the company over two weeks just to ship it. After multiple attempts to contact them, the wig was finally sent out in mid February.However, after repeatedly requesting a tracking number, I discovered that they had entered the wrong address—omitting a digit—which caused the package to be undeliverable and sent back to the company. Despite reaching out to them multiple times via email, I was given the runaround and never received my order.In the end, I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. This company is a complete SCAM, and I strongly urge others to avoid them. Do not purchase from them—they are a SCAM.I also received a white package with a piece of cardboard that said Temu on it. I did think it was strange but I did not think to much of it as I shop with Temu all the time. After doing deeper research many others have had the same experience!Update: The company has unlinked themselves from this post and blocked me on FB. 🤷🏾♀️ Even more proof it is a SCAM.
