The driver claimed the parcel was delivered to a secure location while we were home all day. He even took a photo that didn't show our garden. I later discovered he left it on a back lane behind my house, which I can't access. It's a public road, and it’s likely that the parcel was stolen. The driver was too lazy to make a proper delivery—this is very disappointing.
