The company canceled all items from my order except for one. They then shipped this single item, even after I emailed them to say I didn't want it (a scarf) without the matching hat that was also canceled. They don't check if you still want the item while canceling the rest of your order. Now I'm stuck paying for shipping for a scarf I don't need. This isn't the first time this has happened; they often cancel items from orders.
