I had an extremely disappointing online shopping experience due to shipping delays and an unexpected charge. The delivery was delayed, which was blamed on the shipping carrier. However, their tracking history showed that the package wasn't handed over for eight days after the label was created. Despite reaching out via two emails and two chats, there was no resolution. When my package finally arrived, I noticed an unfamiliar charge of $60.63 for a protection service I never ordered. The representative explained that this service activates when a package is lost, but I was never informed of this charge beforehand. I did receive a refund for the $60.63, but I remain confused about why I was charged at all. If I hadn't carefully reviewed my receipt, this charge would have gone unnoticed. Due to the overcharge and delayed shipment with no communication from their side, I requested to return two final sale items. They refused to take any responsibility and only offered store credit for those items. As a result of this experience and their lack of transparency and customer service, I've decided to return everything and will not shop with them again. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered, and I am truly shocked, as I believed this company was reputable. It seems they have significant internal issues affecting their customer service. Very questionable business practices here.

However, my entire order disappeared from my account while I sought help, raising concerns about fraud. The company attributed this to a website migration, but it undermines trust.
