The company canceled all items from my order except one. They shipped this remaining item despite my email indicating I no longer wanted it (a scarf) without the matching hat that was also canceled. They don't check if you still want the item while canceling the rest of your order. Now, I'm stuck paying for shipping on a scarf I neither want nor need, as it came without the hat. This isn't the first time this has happened; they frequently cancel items from orders.
