This is literally the worst company I have ever shopped with. I sent my return to them on the 25/09 this year and I had to reach out to them to get some fort of update. I was told my refund was processed on 24/10 and would take 2-5 business days to be processed. I reached out to them today after that timeframe had passed, and first they told me the refund didn't "push through". All of a sudden after the customer service rep spoke to their finance team, the story was changed and it was apparently my issue saying the charge was disputed and I have to wait for my bank? This is a 200 dollar refund I'm waiting for, not just pocket change!I do lots of online shopping and never in my life have i ever had an issue like this before with a company, I will never shop from them again nor recommend them to anyone ever UGH its literally impossible to get your money back!
