Today marked my second day at the gym, and I must say, it's a fantastic place! I was a bit anxious as a newcomer, but I quickly realized there was no need to worry. Huge thanks to the personal trainer who guided me during my introduction. Everyone here is welcoming, and some of the more experienced members offered helpful tips when I seemed uncertain. I also met a couple of friendly peers around my age who were very encouraging. I've been enjoying swimming as well, which is perfect since I prefer shallow water. The reception staff are always ready to assist. If you decide to join, don’t forget to bring a padlock for the locker!
