If I could leave negative stars, I would leave as many as possible. This company basically steals from you.I wanted to return something. Can’t get full price back. Have to pay a fee and a percentage. But, get closer to original payment if you choose store credit, so I thought that would be the most frugal choice.That’s when the hell began. I returned the package and waited for my credit. A month passed and nothing-no email, no text, nothing on my account. And…no phone number or helpline to contact them.There is a contact form. I filled it out. The promised response time is 1-3 business days. That time passed. Nothing. I sent another, as well as an email directly from my account. Nothing. Sent another from my account. NOTHING.Finally, the other day, I sent a scathing email from their website, accusing them of theft. They finally emailed me a coupon code for 69$. My original payment was 88$.So, I browse the site. So damn expensive!I found some items that I could tolerate for that price, I had to pay shipping, of course. Oh! And I had to pay shipping to return the original item I wanted to return.I went to check out and am notified that my order does not qualify for shipping because it is “free”. So, now I am obligated to buy something that qualifies me for shipping? In order for them to ship it?This company is a shameless ploy to manipulate its customers out of money. I was originally attempting to buy my daughter a pair of pajamas for Christmas. She didn’t like the fabric.I should’ve kept the pajamas and sold them online.I HATE THIS COMPAY.DO NOT USE IT!I WILL CHECK WEBSITE REVIEWS FROM NOW ON BEFORE SHOPPING AT A NEW PLACE!Ridiculous!How do these people sleep at night?
