They claim the item is being handmade and that's why it takes time to arrive. In truth the item is made to order in China and is shipped directly. It arrived in a bag that said made in China. Buyer beware--this bedding set did not match the photos on the website and now because of their return policy I lost $85.00 just for having ordered from them. Also, while there is a line at the bottom of their site that says "100% customer satisfaction guaranteed," there is nowhere to review an item on their website. I'm definitely not satisfied. I usually come to trust pilot first before purchasing from a company I don't know. I didn't this time and won't make that mistake again.
