Evernote charged my account without my authorization, and when I requested a refund several months ago, I was completely ignored. I followed their official support process and provided all required information, yet never received a resolution.I contacted them again weeks later to follow up and was ignored a second time. What’s most frustrating is not even being told no—just complete silence.For a paid subscription service, this lack of transparency, unauthorized billing, and nonexistent customer support is unacceptable. I would not recommend Evernote to anyone who expects fair billing or reliable customer service.
