I placed my original order in mid-November and after a long wait without updates, I had to contact them myself, only to find out that my order had essentially been 'lost.' I was advised to reorder, which I did. Now, I've received an email stating that this replacement order is delayed for another week due to internal issues on their side. The lack of proactive communication and ongoing delays are incredibly frustrating. At this point, I'm just hoping the food arrives within this calendar year. I ordered lunch, not a vintage wine—it shouldn't need to age in the warehouse!
