I wanted to like this service, but my experience was very disappointing. The website was confusing and kept redirecting me before I could finalize my order. It frequently switched to another language, which made it hard to navigate. I ended up ordering 10 meals, only to find out a subscription was set up without my consent. The customer service was unhelpful, and I received messages in a language I don't understand. I also had two meals missing from my order, which led to a frustrating back-and-forth with customer service. Overall, the meals were bland and overpriced, and I felt the website was designed to confuse customers.
